Journey of “self” discovery

My inspiration for Soul Speaking Coaching Program

In 2014, I published my book Walking in the Footsteps of the Masters after almost seven years of research as well as growing up in Israel where a reality of separation caused by fear motivated me to seek spiritual meaning beyond religions that connect us all.

As soon as I read the scriptures of world religions, I made a big discovery!!!

The common pattern of the experiences of the Great Masters—Buddha, Jesus, Moses and Muhammad—indicate a spiritual path that is similar in nature to your own. I found seven milestones in their lives that illustrate those patterns and their significance.

If you are familiar with Joseph Campbell’s work about the Hero’s Journey, you know that the Hero’s Journey also indicates a life pattern that reflects on your own life. In fact, many authors use those patterns to structure their stories. My work has a similar approach to Campbell. It is based on the wisdom of the Masters that directly relates to their experiences. It is a spiritual journey that will help you understand your own life and at the same time give you tools to help your clients figure out the mystery of their lives.

I worked hard on developing the spiritual concept and created a coaching program that helps implement it. My goal is to make my discovery known and give the gift of healing to many people. It would not do anyone good if I kept it secret!!!!

My bigger vision is to inspire hope for coexistence and unity, where all human beings speak the language of the soul no matter what faith they believe in.

What is my unique coaching approach?

Most coaching programs focus on “cosmetic change” because what people see on the outside may help them feel good inside. This program is different. It’s soul-centered, focusing on discovering your client’s soul truth. At first I teach my coaches to seek information about their client’s core value, reflecting on their life experience. I purposely insist on not taking any actions right away. The goal is to collect information about their client’s life pattern in order to discover resistance, identify beliefs, and learn about their fears and blocks. As a result of this work, you will be able to identify your client’s core value, which is the foundation of the desired change. Once you are able to get clear about your client’s core value, you will start aligning your client’s life choices with their core value and help them make significant changes in every aspect of their life.

I highly recommend becoming familiar with my book, which demonstrates this concept through the journeys of the Masters.

Walking in the footsteps of the masters

Turn Your Pain into Gain

By | News | No Comments

Awakening of empathy leads to compassion.  This statement summarizes my entire approach to coaching.

Your pain experience has to be the motivation behind your wish to be a coach. It has to provide the content and the structure to your coaching. Would you agree?

My coaching philosophy is “Discover your pain and then make sure to do everything and anything so that no one else will be hurt by it.” If this statement is aligned with your passion for serving, then I invite you to take the next step.

Your core value is always linked to the experience of pain and therefore, the pain helps you realize its significance for your life. For instance, Malala Yousafzai who was shot by the Taliban in Pakistan is fighting for her right to go to school. The pain that this experience brought emphasizes the importance of education as her core value. Would you agree that education will play a big role in her future?

Your pain will help you get in touch with your core value and bring a level of awareness to create your business from this place. During the coaching training, you will become a “client,” receiving coaching from your partner whom you will also coach. This way you get the experience of the process of transformation from both sides. In the end, you will have content that will be uniquely yours, and you will be able to find the right message and structure that goes along with it.

I believe that your healing from your past pain only comes full circle when you become a messenger of change. Every time you help one person heal, you heal your own emotional scarring from that hurt, and you complete the cycle of healing.

Walking the walk and talking the talk will make you a much better coach.

Breaking through Life-coaching approach

By | News | No Comments

Do you want to have an 80% to 100% successful experience working with your clients? Do you want to be a top coach having clients that would refer you to more people? Do you want to help more people, making better income???

Then say good-bye to old school coaching and welcome the new approach: Soul Speaking Coaching!!

The old style of coaching does not deliver results to your clients!

Old coaching focuses on spiritual principles that are not enough to provide an experience of transformation.

Most coaches introduce spiritual principles to their clients, such as quantum physics, the law of attraction, the science of mind, and so on. The coaches are hoping to train their clients’ minds to adapt to the universal principle and therefore create a shift of consciousness. Though those principles raise our awareness to alternative thinking, they do not hold the potential for life transformation. They do, however, increase the frequencies of change and certainly can support transformation and spiritual growth.

The new way of coaching is soul-center focused.

  • You help your clients get to know themselves on a soul level.
  • You help your clients identify their core value by creating their soul blueprint, which gives you and them a bigger picture about their life.
  • You help your clients review their past experiences, understanding their life choices.
  • After identifying their core value, you help your clients restructure their life by aligning their life choice with their core value.
  • You help restore life from the foundation and create a new life based on a new awareness.

Old coaching focuses on what you desire to have, new coaching focuses on who you are?

The book The Secret introduced many people to some spiritual laws and encouraged them to create a Vision Board, visualizing their desired life with pictures. Many of those Vision Boards are a picture-perfect expression of their mansion, cars, and luxurious life. Everything on their wish list is external!!!

In fact, most advertising associates happiness with external change, such as, “If you lose weight, you will be happy.” It is like saying that the most attractive package has the best value. That is a false belief. You might have the best body or have no financial issues and yet you still can be unhappy about your life. You don’t need to change your package; you need to work on what’s inside it. A better metaphor is a picture that reminds you of a bad memory: if you change the frame, you’ll still look at the same picture, right?

And so, transformation can only happen when you work on your client’s interior design, setting a new foundation for their future. For example, if your client has a pattern of being bullied, you have to go deeper into the issue that most likely would link to their core value. You have to make your clients aware of their own resistance to accepting change that leads them to the outcome of change. Core value coaching is a soul-centered approach and therefore, what you reset at the foundation level will last forever.

Which coaching approach do you believe in?

Soul Speaking Coaching is the only coaching that is proven to deliver fast and long-lasting results to your clients. Most of my clients made significant changes in their lives within 3-to-6 months.
